I recently inquired about opening an account for a minor at your bank. Ms. Li at counter number 6 was very professional, friendly, patient, and provided excellent service. She even helped me schedule an account opening appointment. I am very grateful!

I went there a while ago, and at counter number six, there was a middle-aged woman with short hair and a light pink watch. She was a bully who preyed on the weak and deliberately made things difficult for people who came to do business. If you didn't yell at her, she wouldn't do her job properly.

I originally planned to pay management fees via in-person deposit at the counter, but the staff at the entrance directed me to use an ATM. Not only did I have to exchange the coins for the exact amount, but the machine kept rejecting the 10-yuan coins I inserted; I had to exchange three different coins before I could successfully deposit them. If your bank intends to encourage customers to avoid in-person services, the functions of the ATMs should meet that need, or you could simply suggest that customers use mobile transfers. Otherwise, customers have to make a trip to the counter, wait for machine errors, and experience a poor user experience.
