Dealing with Canadian Western Trust is painful. It has taken months and two in person visits and countless phone calls for one transaction; which after 3 months is still not finalized
What a bunch of…..special people they’ve got working there. Come in with a 3000 cheque but they only cash $2999.99. Charge $15 but don’t take debit at the branch? Don’t take debit? Serious? Never go here.
This is a bank you have to dealt with it very carefully. I have a very weird banking experience with this bank. I am going to report it with all material to be prepared.
