If I could give -stars I would. Horrible to deal with no one answers the phones. Waiting over an hour on hold then get hung up on. No response to emails. Horrible branch hours not open late on any day or Saturdays since covid. Most un user friendly app

Closes at 4;00pm. Terrible! Other banks in the area are open until 5:00pm.

Not sure why but they Locked the front entrance to the ABM... I know it's after bank hours as it's 5:50 pm but I've never had a bank lock all access to their ABM's. Was disappointed that I couldn't activate my Manulife bank card at this location.

Spent a considerable amount of time filling out their small business application, after 18 years with RBC I saw their advertisements how they are "small business focused" for Alberta There was a Trade name/legal name discrepancy they felt in my application, so I was sent an email that they were cancelling my application and I can start over! Apparently this Gerrie Penaco person is incapable of a phone call to clarify and perhaps change a few words on the application to suit. I replied to the email stating the Legal name but they cancelled the hours of online application and told us to start over. I get better service from the banks they claim to be so much better than.

By far this CW Bank Branch has the BEST TEAM you could ever imagine. Ever since this branch was built they have had a SUPERIOR TEAM with the BEST Service amd People!!! I would be Lost without All of your guys, help and friendship. Thank You!
