Need to improved customer service. They r not helping customers maybe new (untrained) staf. I closed my v old account.
I have visited branch several time for billing purpose. The concern person who is liable for bill submission is so lazy. I dont know why dont they put someone else to fasten the process for customer services and for customer ease.
The person who is responsible for bill submission is so lazy and often out for his own activities..replace him people :/
