More than 2 weeks to reply for a question and 1 month to get a card...you try to phone them, no reply...you drop them a vocal message, they don't recall...service is poor and slow

Useless bank
One day off work, I thought, since I'm near the Arlon branch (and the Athus, Halanzy, and Messancy branches are closed), I'll have the audacity to go to the bank to get my new ID card validated. If I wait too long, I won't be able to access my account. And what a reception I got! The dark-haired woman in her fifties made inappropriate remarks, implying she had better things to do. Thank you, BNP, for your welcome and for treating customers, but don't forget that customers can also leave.
I am extremely disappointed with this agency's service. My experience is consistently marred by the staff's behavior and attitude, which is exceptionally unpleasant and blatantly unprofessional. It is unacceptable that customer service is handled with such indifference and a negative attitude. As a client, I expect at least respect, courtesy, and competence from those managing my finances. This agency absolutely fails to meet these standards. I strongly advise against using this agency until the quality of service and the staff's professionalism have been drastically improved.
