Thank you for the warm welcome and invaluable help during my stay in Spa! Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the dedicated Mr. Blond who received me and helped me through my crisis.

It's a cliché to say it, but generally speaking (without singling anyone out), the "service" has become deplorable. You need an appointment for everything. They don't even handle emergencies caused by internal malfunctions when you're standing at the door; you have to complain to the manager to resolve basic problems... even if you've been a customer for decades, representing various individuals and companies. This isn't unique to this branch, but there's absolutely no respect for the customer anymore... unless they're there to make "investments" in derivatives or other bank products, which will immediately take a few percent of their capital for their "helpful advice." Today, for the umpteenth time, I was forbidden from speaking to anyone; "they're all in meetings," an agent from another city told me (calls to 087 were diverted), who was unwilling and unable to do anything. If you want to celebrate the end of the year, you could at least schedule some kind of service!

They're desperate, they have their phone and they tell us they'll call us back but they don't, or we have to ring 20 times before they do anything, even though the operation would only take 5 minutes.

I'm surprised to read negative reviews about this bank. The staff is friendly, helpful, and concerned about your situation. I honestly wouldn't want to change branches.

Finally, a bank branch that serves its customers! It's becoming rare. I highly recommend it.
