I'm the picky type when it comes to banks. This one always got my back and I strongly recommend their services.
My case is delayed because they are unaware of the new processing procedures, despite my bank advisor calling their branch to follow up on my application. Furthermore, when I was assisted at this branch, the staff did not give me an impression of trustworthiness or professionalism when I submitted my documents.
A highly competent team. Being independent, they always went the extra mile to schedule appointments quickly, either in person or via video conference. I recommend them 100%.
Very pleased with the way my case was handled by the employee. And greeted with a smile by the young lady at the entrance.
I am so happy with the service that I agreed to upgrade to a more expensive package so I no longer have to go to the post office and can be a customer of theirs, what a difference!
