Homeless people sit in the bank and beg for change while you withdraw money. Extremely uncomfortable when the gypsies try to sell you things. Do they not have cameras? They know this is happening. Still happening. Now they bring their dogs in as well. Ca devient le SPA et labri du jour!

What appalling service… I spent an hour on the phone with a salesperson trying to find a product that met my needs, but even though I was perfectly clear about what I wanted, he kept interrupting me, only to tell me he didn't understand. All this to end in the most ridiculous way: he criticized me for being on the phone for so long and for having trouble finding a solution that worked for me. Simply because I don't want a direct debit or standing order, he complained on the phone, implying that I was wasting his time and bothering him with the restrictions I was imposing. If we can't agree on the terms, that's fine, but the least one can do is remain courteous to customers. I initially asked for insurance, and the response was, "Why would we insure you?" Then I suggested applying for a loan, and they told me, "I don't understand, you have to sign in the app, and if things don't work out, then you pay back the loan." This bank is unbelievable.

My tenant went to Fortis to release a security deposit… So I sent someone with a power of attorney (they don't usually handle that kind of thing, I can understand). I live in Wezzembeek. They asked me to provide a document, which turned out to be completely obsolete… My representative had to go back to explain (whatever that was) and then said my card wasn't up to date, even though it's valid until 2034… (and that didn't change anything). The procedures are completely archaic… I now understand even better why I left this bank for Belfius, where the procedures are much simpler and the staff much friendlier, despite the security issues. So I definitely don't recommend this bank. I left 15 years ago and I'll never go back. And to the managers and director of Fortis Bank in La Louvière: You really need to review your management. It's truly incompetent and totally outdated. Sincerely,

Distressing, unbelievable, ridiculous... As a customer of Société Générale de Banque (now BNP Fortis) for over 35 years, I am dismayed to see the deterioration in the sales service provided to SMEs and the self-employed. After the restructuring and closure of many branches, the current organization is truly inadequate for the real needs of customers, particularly with regard to cash handling resulting from the flourishing business of my stores. Indeed, I went to the La Louvière branch, Rue Sylvain Guyaux, after making an appointment to make a cash deposit, as I have been doing for years. This cash deposit, which, incidentally, could previously be easily made at any branch; which was a valuable time saver for a self-employed person who works between 70 and 80 hours a week. In short, I was greeted at the counter by Ms. Stéphanie Dupont, who is anything but efficient in sales. I thought it was a hidden camera, but no. "Hello, I'm here to deposit my change"; "Oh well, no luck, we'll have

This agency doesn't even deserve a 1-star rating. I had an appointment and I thought I was being held in a hidden camera. There was no logic and no professionalism.
