I spent a very long time choosing a bank to open an account and decided to visit BNP Paribas Fortis. I would like to thank Sonja Tilkens for her work! Competent, pleasant, friendly attitude of the employee. She explained, answered all my questions and helped to open an account. Thank you very much!
Worst customer service of the animal kingdom
One star is still too much! As a customer, they can't even read my ID; I'd rather go to a cash point, sir. Yet they call me and send me to the BNP office, even though they say they can do it without an appointment. Paying too much every month for 0.0 service.
I tried to cancel my fire and family insurance in writing after moving to a nursing home. Apparently, they didn't feel the need to respond. The service from some employees was substandard.
Completely unreachable. Sometimes I'm on hold for over 90 minutes with a voicemail. If you want to call the office in St. Truiden itself, you always end up in Bruges or Brussels. I'm really not happy with the customer service at Fortis.
