This bank is the worst in the international banking system. My money has been stolen from a transfer I made a month ago. They do not return the money to me and they do not deposit it in the recipient's account either. They do not respond to emails, the contact pages do not work, the service in German is never available and they do not respond to my bank either. They are a complete disaster, don't trust these people! UpDate: I already tried it, my bank staff also tried it for 4 weeks and no response came from you. Update: Después de escribir esta reseña automáticamente respondieron a mis mensajes y me devolvieron mi dinero

Account closed just like that. Without notification. Where is my money? Where is my savings account money? Fraudulent bank. People, please get out of here. And for you, BNP Paribas. A report has been filed. I went to the lawyer. Legally, this isn't even allowed. No one can tell me why, by phone or at the office. This happened. Scammers!

Hello. I just opened an account and they won't give me a card reader...it's impossible, I've called every number I can think of...I don't know how to install the app to make transfers and other things...and there's no point in giving the central office number because that's already been done!!

This is appalling. BNP/Belgium is appalling. I am extremely unhappy with the current situation. The new bank card provided by BNP doesn't work, which prevents me from transferring money online to my country of residence. How am I supposed to live, pay my rent, etc.?

I switched banks because Fortis refused to increase my withdrawal limit, even for small amounts. They're being difficult; they want to know exactly what you do with your money. I think you need a minimum of privacy. After speaking to five different people on the phone and waiting for over two hours, the only answer I got was to make a transfer. I immediately switched banks and I highly recommend it to everyone.
