Had my id card updated by a lady, paper signed and everything seems fine. A week later having an appointment with my branch and the lady in charge told me that her colleague did not update my data correctly hence I need to change the appointment. Also, a guy from this branch also refused me as he told he allowed to work with the client of his branch only. But I had appointment with this guy because the other lady in the same branch made for me. Such a weird policy.

Absolutely inadequate service. Went here to update my ID card details (because the Easy Banking Web doesn’t work as it’s supposed to), spent 20 minutes with an employee who was trying to sell me an insurance plan instead. They also acted as if I didn’t have the appointment booked, although I had an email confirming that. My account details still haven’t been updated. What a waste of space

I contacted them as I wanted to open a bank account with the bank, but they never reply, and ignore the requests. The automatic reply from the website arrives, but as soon as an operator has to work the practice, everything stops.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! No one picks up the phone, long lines, confused employees. We were there to retrieve a rental guarantee and despite having signed off all documents, the money has not been sent back by the bank over a period of 2 months! No contact, no information, in short, the worst bank in Belgium (and quite possibly, beyond).
