Too bad you can’t put zero star. Better take care of your operations yourself than expect any service from this agency.
While waiting in the bank for my appointment, a woman who was not the person to see me, was very insulting. I made a complaint to the bank the same day, was told that the manager would call me within 5 days. Nothing! Who do these people think they are?
I'd give less stars of I could, don't respect agreements or contracts. I signed to cancel am international oder and it's been months. I think they don't know how to do it. You make a second appointment so they fix it and then nothing happens. It's my money and my time.. But certainly the later they don't care about. They promise to ship to your address but then they don't and no way you can pick up the card in the afternoon without rdv..
Had a great experience with the gentleman today. Very friendly and helpful with my account. Had to make a reservation but it was very easy process.
closed on a saturday ATM not available. Disgraceful.
