BNP Paribas Fortis Schuman 10 Rond-Point Robert Schuman Bruxelles

Once I had my appointment (that had to be booked weeks in advance!), they made me wait. Then asked rudely what I wanted and told me that it can all be done online. So they sent me home even without inviting me in the office. Of course, the web page was under maintenance for days and I still couldn't sort things out with them. Not even to change to a free bank account.... Because clearly there is no service they are providing so I should not pay a monthly fee for adore no service. To be avoided at all cost!

Very unpleasant lady responds at the entrance. If her job is to shut up clients and make them feel stupid, she does it excellently; helpful she is not

Where are the ATMs?!!! How can they treat customers like this, depriving them of cash? We should consider closing our accounts at this bank. I've been quite happy with the service so far, but this is unacceptable!

Absolutely rude and unprofessional staff. I have been a client for 13 years and am just totally shocked about the miserable client management and service that I have been experiencing lately. Looking at the many negative reviews here, there is obviously a systemic problem in this bank, which they however ignore. Will most likely change bank.
