We received incorrect information about inheritance tax. Now we have to pay twice on the same amount. They're just pulling the wool over our eyes.

I wanted to cancel an appointment to avoid unnecessary waiting, but I could only call a number in Brussels and ended up in a long queue. So I hung up.

Very poor service here, not customer-friendly. I've been a customer for 50 years, and they're making a fuss about a few euros...not recommended!!

Very competent, efficient, and super friendly staff. Extremely helpful. A bank that stands among the people, for all walks of life, young and old. Regardless of background or origin. In short, highly recommended.
