The whole family has a bank account plus collateral at the bank. I had made an appointment at the bank and because my Dutch is not very good, the employee refused to speak to me in English and spoke to me in Dutch. I find this unacceptable and unprofessional.

If it were possible, I would have given the exchange service a 0. I came here with a valid appointment, but I couldn't exchange any small change. This is truly unbelievable. Customers after us were able to exchange small change.
Been a customer for so many years. Then you make appointments with the head office, and when you call Genk, they don't have time and hang up. Absolutely disgraceful.
