Dismal bank. After 15 minutes on the phone with a "banking app assistant" (read: voice computer), I still couldn't get through to an employee, and they only asked how I could get a card reader. A solid 0/5.

Since my childhood (I think back 70 years), I've been a saver, investor, and holder of various accounts. However, it's all over now. When my wife died, all my accounts were frozen. Just over a week ago, I received the notarial deed of inheritance. I was required to make an appointment (just to deliver a copy). Couldn't I just drop it in the mailbox? No problem! Yet another appointment, with another person (now four different people). Finally, I made a phone call to ask how things would proceed. A very aggressive woman told me that nothing had been delivered, even though it was due to an appointment. In short, I'm still at the same level, NOWHERE! My conclusion is that I want to be treated as a full customer and that, after everything has been processed, I will say goodbye to PB FORITS. P.S. This issue was resolved at two other banks this week!

I had the same experience as one of the people below. After my mother passed away, it took four months (after all the paperwork was in order) before I received the amount I was owed in my account. Poor communication, difficult to reach (by phone), and having to sign the same documents multiple times. I also had problems transferring my home insurance. Reason enough for me to switch banks soon.
