I'd like to express my appreciation to this office. Sam Schillewaert helped me tremendously in completing my loan application. From start to finish, Sam was professional, friendly, and always willing to answer questions. Thanks to their fast and efficient approach, the process went much more smoothly than I expected. Be careful about depositing cash into your account here. To make a long story short: some time ago, €1000 was deposited into the account. We threw away the receipt we received when we got home; you can't keep every piece of paper. Since we were confident, we didn't really check the account (shouldn't you be comfortable with a bank?). After a month or so, we noticed the money wasn't in the account. After contacting the bank, it turned out they didn't have any proof of this either. The employees remember it but can't do anything because no one has proof yet. Result: €1000 in the day. I really don't think this is acceptable. A bank should keep the receipts for this. There was also no cash surplus at the end of the day. The question remains: who stole my €1000? Confidence is completely gone. And when you lose your confidence, you know what the next step will be. My car insurance is affiliated with Group Fidura. I got the best price, including legal assistance with them. Super satisfied with the communication; I prefer working via email and phone. I have never experienced any problems. They provide good explanations regarding their product range, and the pricing process is perfect. I definitely recommend them for car insurance!
