It's been over six months, since June, that I've been trying to close my accounts: registered letters, phone calls, emails… Nothing's happening. Each time I contact them, I get a different advisor who systematically asks me to submit a new written request, as if the previous ones never existed. How can a bank of this size be so slow, unresponsive, and, above all, so disorganized? A very disappointing customer experience.
The consultant named Sarah is truly amazing, very kind, and very professional. She really knows her stuff, I highly recommend her!!
