The staff really needs to be reviewed… they use the informal "tu" with us because we're young, talk to us as if we know nothing about life, are incredibly unpleasant when we ask questions, and answer us as if we're bothering them. If you don't like your customers, change your line of work or your job, because we didn't ask for any of this. We were disgusted by the experience and we don't plan on coming back.

Without a doubt, La Poste ranks first on the list of the worst establishments in the Metz area, with the worst management. The staff members are very haughty, look down on themselves, and treat customers like worthless people because there are many "foreign" or "immigrant" customers who don't speak French well. As a result, the staff members think that all customers who come to this establishment are the same, so they act in the same way, i.e., poorly, with all customers, regardless of your socio-professional or socio-cultural category, intellectual, educational, or financial level. I will soon be changing banks and going to either Société Générale, HSBC, or BNP Paribas, which are much better at welcoming and managing their customers.
