BIDV's CRM+ machine has too many errors, when depositing money it keeps showing a camera error... Why not use QR code to deposit cash like ACB Bank for speed and convenience... If there was 0.5 star I would give it, one star is too much
Terrible. The loan officers repeatedly broke their promises to disburse funds to customers. Their professional skills are very poor. Their attitude is arrogant. I advise everyone to avoid BIDV.
Confirm account balance but the branch has no stamp. Ask them to go to Binh Chanh to stamp. Totally unreasonable.
When I went to transfer money, the hospital said I could only go inside when the amount was over 100 million VND; otherwise, I had to go outside to the ATM.
