My money was swallowed up when I made a deposit via CRM here. Extremely disappointing.
It was past 8 o'clock at the bank but there were only 2 tellers out of 6 counters. However, they still made customers wait even though these 2 tellers were not serving customers. They only accepted customers when a customer started cursing.
Quang Minh Transaction Office of the Saigon branch: Service time is excessively long, all staff members serve customers uncivilly, and lack customer service skills. They have no credibility with customers, and offer no apology when customers complain. In this competitive banking environment, who would dare return for a second transaction with such poor service? I request that the branch management review the attitude and professional competence of the staff at the Quang Minh Transaction Office of the South Saigon branch.

Terrible service. I only came to pick up my card, but waited 10 minutes and no one assisted me, even though there were no other customers and all the lines were empty.
