would like to inform you that we were not served to our satisfaction this morning. Wanted to set up two gift pair accounts for our grandkids. Leiden we were informed that this was not possible on site at the moment. Alleged staff shortage. In the future, we will conduct our banking transactions with the Ostermundigen team.
actually very nice and well remodeled, one star minus, i came in asked for a bank statement, just accept it and don't ask snippy whether i have e-banking, if i had, i probably wouldn't come ;) just for next time, just don't say anything about it , when you shouldn't have anything to say;)
