Apparently this branch has no interest in small customers. We were looking for mortgage advice for our first home. Right from the start, no personal consultation appointment was suggested to us and contact was limited to email traffic. After we had sent in all the required documents, BEKB made a short phone call with what the bank said was feasible. If we hadn't received competent advice from Migros Bank afterwards, we still wouldn't know about buying a house like we did before. We are very disappointed and also surprised by the lack of advice and the lack of interest at BEKB. We are now looking forward to moving into our own home soon and will certainly advise those around us not to seek mortgage advice from BEKB.
Modern architecture worth seeing. Good accessibility by S-BAHN or bus. Close to the Liebefeld Park recreation area.
it's kidding! 1. Says open 8am tomorrow till 4pm true not was there was at 3.30pm. 2. That you can't get money at the counter.
Good and public canteen, but a bit too expensive for external with some menus. But the staff was always friendly and the kitchen was very good!
Nice building with lots of natural light inside. The ladies at reception could be a lot friendlier.
