The service here is actually like a call on hold - walked in, had to wait in line to say what I want, then wait 30 minutes at reception before I was finally served. Definitely not a bank I want to have a customer relationship with.

Headquarters in Bern: customer service is different. Although hardly any customers, waited quite a long time. Then picked up by a member of staff who yelled "number 2" then turned her back on me and ran away. No greeting, no introduction on her part, nothing. I actually find that pretty cheeky. After that, my card was deleted without informing me that I will no longer be able to pay by card or withdraw cash for about 1 week. Thank you, it would have been nice if I had known that beforehand.

I am not satisfied with either BEKB or Viseca Services. The BEKB had entered my surname incorrectly and so I received a card with an incorrect surname. I commissioned this to be adjusted. According to the BEKB, no fees will be charged to me. All of a sudden I saw that Viseca had charged CHF 20 to my bank account, although it wasn't my fault. Viseca says I should contact BEKB and BEKB says I should contact Viseca. What now? Where should I turn? My money is simply charged to me, although it was an error by BEKB. You see, new customers are also being harassed because of an employee error. Officials run after 1 franc, why shouldn't I run behind my 20 francs? I'm not much richer than BEKB or Viseca. You don't even deserve this 1 star!

The personal contact in a branch is great. The employees of the hotline/customer service would have to be retrained, there is a lack of the basics.
