This bank doesn’t update changes to their working hours during a normal working week on Google - they think leaving a note on the door in 2024 is enough 🤣. Make sure to call in advance to not waste time - arrived at 12:40 on 14.05.24 and they were already out of the office 😂
It is unfortunate that such an excellent institution has handled so badly the inheritance proceedings of my late husband. Does not say much for their legal department nor for their concern with client satisfaction.
I just need to activate my account so i went to this branch but they were extremely rude for no reason as they told me they were closed. I just wanted to know where i can do that but they just ask me to leave rudely.
