I go at 11:15 to ask for €1 coins. I ask for change for a €20 note (I've been a customer for 20 years) and they tell me it's until 11:00… nowadays banks are truly disgusting, you're simply a necessary evil

I tried to use the ATM at 11 AM and there was someone sleeping inside. It seems they also relieved themselves on the doorstep, at least on the outside—how considerate!

The service from the staff at the tables was terrible. I waited and waited and they ignored me. As soon as you ask them something, they say they can't help you. The young, very attentive and professional cashier had to help me, doing the job they were supposed to be doing.

The management at this branch was absolutely terrible, handled by a young man who treated us disastrously when we tried to open a new account. It was a new account opened through a referral: first, he insisted several times that the invitation code could be entered months after the account was opened. To make matters worse, he opened an account for us without even reading us the terms and conditions. We had to insist he read them to us, and even then, when he reluctantly did, we had to point out tha

On Thursday the 18th, I went to the Aravaca branch to have my ID digitized. The woman at checkout 3 really should look for a job where she feels more comfortable, given that she's obviously working out of obligation or necessity. Otherwise, I can't understand how she can be in a customer service position. My experience with BBVA online had been so good that I even considered transferring my payroll from another bank to this one last year, but obviously, I would never consider this branch. The woman even referred to her online colleagues as "the pear" because, after calling them, they told me to return to the branch because "according to internal protocol," they were required to digitize my ID. The guy at the checkout finally did it after his very busy colleague asked him to, but it's still appalling customer service. It's not about doing what customers want at all times; it's about knowing how to express yourself and communicating the situation diligently and kindly at all times. The
