(This is about customer support on the phone, not for this branch.) With regards to their customer service, very bad service, always. Very rude personnel. They changed to 2 factor authentication. SMS doesn't arrive. You communicate that the phone is working and is receiving message (even from one's own bank and from other sources). Keeps saying that it is the fault of the phone. Not sure if they are there to support and help customers or just to read what is in the manual.

Terrible experience at this BBVA branch. Several days ago, I spoke with my account manager, who clearly instructed me to go to any BBVA branch to update my information. Following this instruction, I went to this branch, and upon arriving at the teller window, the woman with glasses who attended me was quite rude, unprofessional, and very unfriendly from the outset. After explaining that my account manager had told me this process could be done at any branch, she flatly replied that they couldn't do it there, showing no interest in helping or verifying anything. After leaving the branch, I called my account manager again, and he confirmed that they could indeed process the update at that branch. In other words, they simply refused to help me. Completely unacceptable service for a bank like BBVA. Lack of professionalism, rudeness, and zero interest in helping the customer. I certainly do not recommend going to this branch.

It's unbelievable that they take so long to do ANYTHING!! All the girls are talking and whispering as they walk around, and on top of that, they're late at 9 am. They're supposed to open at 8:30, right? So why can't they do their job, which is to serve customers? Besides, they're taking forever for a simple service, and there are only two people in the bank. What about everyone else? Are they just having breakfast or what? We have to work, but they take their time as if we had it all!! It's awful. What a lack of organization.

The cashiers are really rude; they won't even lift a finger to help the elderly. When you work with the public, you expect to treat them well. The older woman with short hair should be reprimanded for her behavior.
