The woman at the desk was so rude!!! I speak Spanish but there was a word I didn’t understand and she didn’t help explain, besides she didn’t help me with th request, she just brushed it off because cut was in the last hour. I took back my previous positive review about her SHE DOES NOT DESERVE IT.

EDIT: I previously gave this bank 5 stars for a great experience, but unfortunately, our recent visit was very disappointing. We returned today and encountered the same staff, but the service was completely different. We had issues with the ATM—although we selected English, the language would revert to Spanish on the following screens. When we informed the staff, one woman insisted it was working fine without even checking. Rather than offering help, she was dismissive and eventually came over only to raise her voice at us in Spanish while navigating the screen. We understand it can be challenging to assist non-Spanish speakers, but a little patience and professionalism go a long way. A simple "Let's take a look" would have made a big difference. Sadly, this visit left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated.

horrible service, on a question how can I print digital certificate I got the answer: “we are not a printing center”, the woman employee doesn’t know the difference between current position and balance. An office in the city center and they barely speak english (I was speaking to them in spanish, but the app in English) Like this bank so much but this office was horrible

This is just useless branch. They don't work, always excuses. Never open account at this branch. If you complaint, just here or anywhere, you will get new email address to send complaint, I did at every possible place the complaint (6 email addresses) and you don't receive any response ever. So whole bank should shutdown, take all your money out as soon as possible or etle it will be gone that is my fear...

Ramon the manager is the best!! Helped me with an appt and then made sure to help me open an account with my America passport. I really appreciate him a lot for taking the time when other banks were pushing me off with long appointment waits
