I had so very bad experienced this bank, i first came there last month to resolve the issue of home insurance coz its not use to me so i want to cancel it then they told me to not go back again instead they prefer their number to call. So by the time i was calling they not answered so my choice is to go back again then last week i been there to finalize and the staff told me to wait 1 week for the result of cancellation but i didnt receive any response. What should i do? Im so very tired of this. I want to cancel home insurance and to avail health insurance. Im so disappointed of this bank😭
I never experienced problems with BBVA interational telematic services, staff it´s usually helpful and polite. This was until I´ve been contacted from an non-BBVA authorized phone (so: NOT recording) by two men employed in this branch. They were very rude, literally screaming against me in spanish while pretending I needed to speak the language in their country. When I said I couldn´t understand a single word of what they were saying and I needed to speak to someone in English in order to reply to bank-matters, which are pretty important, they hang up the phone in my face in the most uncivil way ever. At the beginning, I thoguht it was a scam, but unfortunately it wasn´t. I just finalized to fill a claim with the actual BBVA costumer service, so I hope that nobody else will have to go such frustrating moment in the future, because I never felt so much disrespected in my life from a bank before.
Easy banking
Today, around 1:30 PM, a blonde girl saw me. She was incredibly kind and patient, and she helped me with everything I asked. Everything was very quick, even though I asked her a lot of questions, and she resolved my problem. I left happy and grateful.
It's appalling that they only allow two blister packs of coins per day. The management is deplorable; they don't have the space to accept coins. (UNBELIEVABLE) So, if I have 10 blister packs of coins, the ladies have given me two options: - go to 5 banks. - go to the bank 5 times. This is pathetic. You're quick to charge interest, but what's the point of providing decent service?
