In general BBVA sucks, but this office is one of the worst. They close the ATM when they like and refer you to a nearby office.

The till closes at 11:00! You create more problems than you solve, what a shoddy branch. Like many of your customers, we work mornings and find it difficult to run errands because you close in the afternoon. You're supposed to serve us, not give us the runaround. Very poor service.

I was served by a young man who never looked me in the eye or tried to help me. He simply told me to come tomorrow from 8 to 11 for the register, without explaining anything. The service was terrible.

After requesting a document via email that I can't upload to the app because I'm missing my access code, they told me over the phone to go to the nearest branch and that they could easily help me. I arrived at this branch on a Wednesday at 12:45 pm. The bank was empty. A very grumpy receptionist greeted me and told me I didn't have an appointment and couldn't help me, telling me to go to the branch in La Vaguada. All this without even looking at me. I asked her to please help me somehow, but she still wouldn't look at me and started getting angry, saying I didn't have an appointment and that it was impossible. It's a disgrace. I'm closing my account. They don't resolve issues and, on top of that, they have a terrible attitude.
