Hello. They're working less and less, and the cashier was rude. I went to deposit money the other day, and he literally kicked me out, saying he had to serve 12 people, which was a lie. Anyway, I'm glad they're closing branches and selecting certain ones for customer service.

David, the new manager, a real incompetent, went to my mother to ask about some BBVA emails that we were receiving to update the data and not only did he not know how to solve it or tell us if they were from them, but he also spent 20 minutes talking to his mother leaving the lia, old and lame, waiting, to make us come back another day for the ATM to solve it, something that by entering the data they updated it for us in a moment, and he was also rude.

My experience at this branch was excellent. After another branch refused to allow me to do a checkout transaction until January 8, 2025, I arrived at this one, and even though the register had already closed at 11:00 a.m., the young man working at the counter did me the great favor of doing the transaction right then and there, without any obligation. That's great customer service!

I arrived at 1:45 PM to pick up my debit card, and the woman there had already closed the office, even though the sign said they close at 2:15 PM. I waited anyway, and she told me she couldn't give me the card because they only issue them during teller hours, even though the last time I went with some friends to pick up the same card, they got theirs at 1:00 PM. It must have been because her boss was there—he was a real sweetheart! He helped us with everything.
