I have been a customer of this bank since 2003, placing my complete trust in their management of my personal accounts, direct debits, and payroll. However, my recent experience with this particular branch has been utterly disappointing, to the point of making me reconsider my entire relationship with the bank. When my partner and I opened a joint account at that branch, we received completely erroneous advice from the employee who assisted us. He assured us, with apparent certainty, that this product was the most suitable, when in reality it was quite the opposite. Six months later, they began charging us unjustified fees, and when we returned, another advisor confirmed that this product should never have been offered to us. In other words, the branch itself caused this problem, either through negligence or a lack of training among its staff. The most serious issue is that, when we filed a complaint, the bank refused to refund the money that had been improperly charged, hiding behind
Cashier hours are 8:30 to 11:00, Monday through Friday. And for non-customers, Tuesdays and Thursdays are 8:30 to 10:30, from the 12th to the 24th of the month. That's 8 hours a month. It's ridiculous. And Social Security makes BBVA the only option for regularization payments. What a country.
Spectacular and highly professional service. I went to this branch to pay a fee for an official certificate in cash, after some unfortunate experiences at two other bank branches. The person who helped me processed my request in no time, even though it wasn't the regular teller hours for non-customers. And with a smile.
Disastrous. Today, August 3, 2022, I went back again, only to find the ATMs out of order for the sixth day in a row and the branch closed with no signage outside. I don't understand why this branch is so poorly run, especially in a neighborhood like Mirasierra. And I don't understand why it's kept open, only to give the bank such a bad image. It would be better to close it, and at least the local residents wouldn't have so much to complain about. It's outrageous.
It's almost impossible to talk on the phone because they don't answer the phone (today, January 23, 2017, 12:25 p.m., I've been trying for more than three-quarters of the time), and in person, the times I've had to go to get something done, I've had to wait a long time because while the ATM is queued, there are other employees who seem to have nothing to do. Before the La Masó branch, where I had my account, was removed, these things didn't happen; I suppose it's a consequence of staffing both branches with the employees from one.
