I had a great experience opening an account to BBVA this Branch in particular. Aside from a very organized procedure in getting Priority Lane number, the staff named Sophia did not just sit and wait for the me (a client) to approach her and ask about my transaction. She stood up and guided me to approach the machine for a priority number with a friendly smile on her face to give me the kind of service I needed. So, friendly, accommodating and very approachable staff. No wonder there’s a lot of people coming in and keeping a relationship with this internationally known bank. Thanks Sophia, I have my ATM Card now. :) All the best!
Bad experience because she only told us the scanner is not functioning but I see her she used it the customer before us. Maybe she don’t like to work with us… it’s sad 😢
