BBVA 169 Paseo de la Castellana Tetuán

I was in this branch three weeks ago and started to open bank account. They filled all my information and said I need to wait while my documents validated by another department. After three weeks nothing happens. I called to support team by phone, and they said, that I need to go to branch again because need more documents. When I came to branch, they said, they did not speak English, but before spoke). Worst ever bank branch. And the bad thing now my profile linked to this branch and I cannot use others.

I heard BBVA to be a very good bank, so decided to open an account. I went to this branch and she told me that their branch doesn’t open an account, and didn’t provide any further information. Realizing the poor client service, I decided to go for another bank.

Perfect , we are turists and we had to solve a problem at the bank , the person at the cash desk was a real gentleman and helped us with our problem ,and his english was perfect , thank you sir !!!

Useful information: It's illegal to require insurance to open a bank account. If they insist, ask them to put it in writing (they won't). If you do end up purchasing insurance, you can cancel it within one month free of charge and request a refund.
