Being sent to a branch to identify myself to open a bank account and become a customer at BBVA. Being told to wait in line for the caja. Wait two hours while the guy is processing 5 people in total and a bunch of old ladies can barely stand anymore while waiting in line for hours. When it is finally my turn the guy gets stuck for 20 minutes, calls his colleague who then tells me i can't identify myself as my documents are not sufficient, even though it states on the website: "We need you to take ONE of these options to the branch: Passport Country of origin identity document Residence card " I brought my temporary NIE and my Passport. You guys don't want any customers ????
