Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had at a bank. No care for people trying to open accounts they obviously have no empathy or customer care. I would avoid this branch at all costs.

I came to submit some documents they requested, and the woman with her back to me told me to go to another office because she was talking to the director as if she were being paid to talk… unbelievable.

I went yesterday without an appointment and, after repeatedly requesting a certificate and facing several refusals due to the bank's (which leaves much to be desired) protocol, the request was finally processed. Thanks to the manager and to Lidia, who contacted me today.

I just went to this branch because the internet says they have window service, which is not true. There is a huge sign that says they do not have that service and the employees are gathered together talking without a single customer inside.

This isn't a problem with this branch; it's a BBVA issue in general, although I don't think they treated me well considering it was their fault. Not even a simple "sorry"—it seems like I'm the one who made the mistake. The ATM swallowed a large amount of cash on a Saturday, and I had to come all the way from the other side of Madrid to sort it out in person because when I called, they sent the report to an ATM in another city where I no longer live. When I arrived, they told me they couldn't refund the money immediately, that it would take 3 to 7 days to be deposited into a bank account. I had already made the transaction another way, so it was more convenient for me to get the money back right away (again, the ATM swallowed it). And now I'm without the equivalent of almost a week's salary because of their negligence.
