DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. Unless you want to submit your documents repeatedly. The teller was rude and refused to scan them despite me having all the required documents. It's unbelievable that the customer has to tell them how to do their job and they still don't. I'm going straight to the complaints book and opening an account at another bank.

Terrible service. It's impossible to complete a transaction for which BBVA is listed as a tax collector for the Community of Madrid. They have neither the resources to help you, nor do they know how to do it. Furthermore, their recommendation is completely harmful and could endanger citizens. Meanwhile, right next door on the same street, there's another bank that's quick and efficient for these kinds of procedures. I hope the Community of Madrid takes immediate action against BBVA.

The teller was helpful, but to deposit a check they made me go back twice and told me they couldn't do it because the scanner was giving me an error. I asked if it was a one-off problem and they replied that it had been going on for a while. BBVA, please fix the scanner so you can serve your customers. Regards.

I don't have an account, but I had to go because of family members. Instead of helping me properly, they printed out instructions for me to do it online—a disgrace. The office is terribly impersonal, and that says a lot about it: three desks in a huge space. The cashier is open from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m., but I'm sure that's not listed anywhere, and they don't serve walk-ins (the computer they have there for making appointments doesn't work).

I've never seen a branch of this bank with such terrible service. The employees don't attend to people's needs and don't resolve anything, even after waiting for over an hour with a single customer. Awful service.
