Leticia me atienden , el sistema no les va y adjuntaré fotos , le pido una cita para renovar mi documento del sistema y ella muy sin hacer nada me busca una cita para dentro de una semana porque si ! Le digo que no me interesa sus tiempos y que ya me encargaré yo de buscarla en el sistema , la cosa va de mal en peor en servicio al cliente

A terrible experience with this office. They should seriously rethink the service they offer their clients (I, for one, am no longer a customer). I was assigned a digital manager, but I never managed to speak with them. After calling several times and receiving promises of a return call, this never happened. Faced with this situation, I decided to go in person to the office assigned to me. Far from providing a solution, they did everything possible to avoid getting involved or taking any responsibility. They assured me they would process my request themselves, but they never did. I discussed all of this with Javier Magallón. We had a phone appointment at 12 pm with my mother's account manager. She's a senior citizen, and BBVA keeps saying they give her priority, etc., etc... FALSE: "They don't answer when she calls," "Her account manager doesn't call her back even after the appointment." It's impossible to contact them by any means, not through the app or the website. The "Your Account Manager" section says it has your account manager's phone number, but that's also FALSE. It's a generic BBVA 900 number, and nobody answers that one either. They give you a long, drawn-out message and then hang up.
