Well, for the reason I wasn’t able to open an account online had to go to that place in Lavapies. Manager (on the left, I don’t remember his name) told me from the beguiling that he can’t open account for me. When a i asked why, his answer was “i have to sign an agreement with insurance company Sanitas”, if i agree he will open it, otherwise i can’t be their client. AMAZING. It’s such a rip-off, the guy decided to take an advantage of someone who’s not local and doesn’t know the human rights. Accidentally i had the contract with Sanitas, so he was frustrated for a while and then answered that he doesn’t have time to mess with me. And have to mention that when i visited that place first time, I arrived 15 minutes before closing, so the same guy saw me and decided to imitate that he’s busy, after he told me that I arrived too late. Really creepy service

I highly recommend coming in early as possible in the morning to avoid long lines. The staff are wonderful and very helpful to assist you with any issues.

Need to changed the total staff of this Branch. They are totally ffffffff of. After my experience i came to read Their review. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The service was appalling from the only person there; it's like a vacant lot. It makes you wonder why the government forces us to pay for things at banks that have no interest in making life easier for people. I had to pay a social security fee, and the woman there gave me two incorrect instructions on how to do it at the ATM, and she did so very reluctantly.
