I absolutely love the Hampstead Barclays branch. The whole team is incredibly helpful, professional, and always friendly. I really enjoy being able to visit the branch in person, and it’s so reassuring that there are still banks where you can handle things face to face, not just online – which is so important in today’s world. I would especially like to highlight Carlotta and Tomasz, who are truly outstanding. No matter what question I have or what issue comes up, they always help immediately, with patience and genuine care. This branch is extremely important to keep, both for personal and business banking. Having a local branch that offers real, human support makes a huge difference, and this one provides an excellent service every time. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
