I went to the bank very anxious and was greeted within minutes by Sadia, who was a absolute pleasure to meet. Her smile, and warm welcome calmed me dow, she put me through to a lovely gentleman Ruchita who explained what I can do with my situation and helped me know where I stand. I have left feeling a lot more relaxed and confident with the next steps.
