Amer and his colleague were truly exceptional during my recent visit to the Ealing Broadway Barclays branch. They went above and beyond to make both me and my parents feel at ease, and their professionalism and kindness were evident throughout the entire appointment. Amer, in particular, has consistently been helpful every time I’ve visited. He always takes the time to understand my needs as a customer and offers support that is both thoughtful and reliable. His colleague showed the same level of care, making the whole experience smooth and reassuring. We even had a lovely conversation about different foods, and she connected with my mum in a way that instantly put her at ease, which added an unexpectedly warm touch to the experience

I went to ealing branch and Agata helped me sort out all the issues i came with. She went extra mile to help me with life insurance quote. She was very helpful and explained all my questions. Agata was great helper , thank you.
