I am very disappointed with my experience with this bank. Their responsiveness is clearly insufficient: several of my requests have gone unanswered and remain so to this day. I have also encountered refusals on some projects, which gives the impression of not being listened to or supported. Customer relations lack follow-up and consideration. Regarding contracts and services, I also regret a real lack of support and clarity. The advisors do not seem sufficiently trained or, in any case, do not present all the available guarantees and options. It is often only when an unforeseen event occurs that one discovers important elements that were not explained at the time of signing, which is particularly regrettable. For a bank, listening, transparency, and professionalism are essential. Unfortunately, this is not what I experienced. As things stand, I cannot recommend this institution. And I urge you to avoid it.

I came in to arrange a somewhat complex loan and received excellent service from the agency staff. Even though the final answer was negative, I received information within the stated timeframe and explanations regarding the bank's reasons for the refusal. In short, a level of professionalism that is truly appreciated!
