A fuir si vous venez en voiture. Pour retirer de l'argent au DAB de la banque populaire, ou prendre le journal à la librairie, c'est 7€ au bout de 10 minutes... Difficile de retirer de l'argent au DAB dans ce délai, surtout si le DAB est en panne !!!. Quant au journal...

Liar and thief. Fees that were supposed to be waived were never actually removed. The advisor was unreachable. When I called customer service, the advisors confirmed that the fees were unexplained but never refunded. Oh wait, they do refund them if you take out their insurance and other paid services...

Honestly, in 15 years of loyalty, I've never been treated like this! I was given a haughty advisor who didn't even bother to leave her office, even though she knew I was there and it was my appointment time. I could hear her laughing loudly, and when I told her I was in the hallway, she decided she had a phone appointment and couldn't see me without even bothering to explain it verbally. I regret how this branch has changed its attitude towards its customers. I've never had a problem with Banque Populaire in general, but this branch is very special! I hope I'm an isolated case and that measures will be taken at the higher levels. Because we are customers! Not dogs waiting outside!

Some of the highest fees in the banking industry. No defense against fraud. No consideration of liabilities and bank loyalty. Incredibly tedious and complex inheritance procedures, with, on top of that, a most cold and unpleasant customer relationship with this Inheritance department (when you miraculously manage to contact them). Unpopular Bank would be a much more appropriate name. I've finished paying off my loan, and I'm moving to another bank.

Impossible to reach, bank charges galore, no response unless you follow up. Liars: Overdraft fees were supposed to be refunded if you topped up the account the same day, which was false. They change our advisor every six months... Avoid this bank at all costs. It's not worth a decent mutual bank.
