I requested the closure of my checking account on July 29, 2025, and to date, October 8, 2025, nothing has been done. In August, I went to the branch in person to try to meet with my advisor, Mr. Mar***, but I wasn't able to see him. So I had to explain the entire situation to a receptionist, who assured me he would take care of it and get back to me shortly. Result: no news for over two months. Today, I tried calling them twice: no answer on the first call, then Mr. Mar*** finally answered the second. He told me that the closure hadn't been completed because of my student loans, something I'd never been told before. He also explained that he had refunded fees to the account at one point, that I had gotten the money back, but that I now had to return it because I "shouldn't have touched it." Once again, there was no clear communication at the time. In short, a complete lack of follow-up, responsiveness, and professionalism. I strongly advise against this agency. Avoid it.

Very good reception from the person who takes care of professional accounts on October 16, 2023 around 5 p.m. It should be noted that I did not have an appointment and that she still took care of my problem. Despite everything, I do not recommend this agency because although I have always had an excellent welcome in the past, my new advisor took more bank fees from me in 6 months than in the last 8 years that I was with this bank. For an account of an SCI, this amounted to around €3 per bank statement line. The only positive point is that he suddenly encouraged me to open an account with Boursorama. I am however a loyal customer because I do not like to change and I had all my accounts at Banque Populaire. I do not write reviews just to complain because before, during the time of my previous advisor, I had given 5 stars to this bank branch.

This was my favorite branch, where everything went very smoothly. Insurance, mortgage, and two super helpful and professional advisors, but since my previous advisor changed, the service has become a nightmare: impossible to reach my advisor, no email response, and therefore, the consequences of services that are completely in line with what I had before, and recently, bank charges for which I had no explanation, which is normal since there is no contact. I'm transferring to a branch closer to my home in two weeks in the hope of returning to the Banque Populaire I loved.

The ATM swallowed my card for no reason... and there was no one to help me on a Saturday even though I'd already entered my PIN. The machine asked for a 9-digit code and had already charged me even though I didn't have my tickets... great.

I thank the advisor at the agency for the smooth and prompt handling of the closure of my home savings plan (PEL) and the transfer of funds. Although the agency doesn't offer walk-in appointments, everything was completed remotely via email. I am completely satisfied.
