We are delighted with our advisor Mr. Ceresa. We took out our mortgage with them over 4 years ago and have had no problems. As we do not live in Mozac, Mr. Ceresa is easy to contact by email and phone, and we do not need to travel, as we can sign documents remotely.

Very warm welcome this Saturday, March 8, 25👍 I'm discovering my new bank. I arrived at 11:30 a.m. without an appointment for an urgent problem that was resolved peacefully. Thank you to this gentleman, whom I'm meeting for the first time 🙏🏼

A 20-minute wait, even though there was no one there... The building is very poorly soundproofed; I could hear the secretary and an advisor on their calls... I was thrilled to learn that the advisor was on vacation for two weeks and to hear him recounting his days to his friend, down to the exact time... And it was so nice to learn all about the secretary's personal life... Every detail was included... Absolutely no competence whatsoever. I advise everyone reading my post to go elsewhere.

Very disappointed with how this agency has operated for about a year or two, I changed advisors. There was no explanation, impossible to follow up with her at the Riom branch, and the new advisor never made contact. Bravo for the service.

Three advisors have come and gone in the space of a few months, without us ever being informed... result: invoices for work awaiting release, overdrafts with interest charges for which the bank is ultimately solely responsible, and supposedly "privileged" contacts whose names we don't even know!
