I strongly advise against this agency!! I was very well received by Ms. L.A. I went to see her to open an account with them and also to request a debt consolidation loan, which, of course, was refused despite all the requirements imposed on me by the manager. I should point out that our accounts are always in credit. In short, all this only for him to reject my application after 15 days!!! He even insisted I provide all my husband's financial statements (we are business owners). According to our accountant, this isn't mandatory, especially since my husband is only acting as guarantor for my debt consolidation loan! We don't understand this refusal if they're going to demand so much paperwork from us, especially the most personal documents!! Take my advice and run away from this bank!!!!
