AVOID Aissata Grovogui. I had a very disappointing experience today. She arrived 12 minutes late to our appointment. Two of her colleagues had to inform her that her client was waiting before she let me into her cubicle. Even then, she left again for several more minutes to fill her coffee mug. Prior to this meeting, I had emailed her in November regarding an important matter and never received a response. Since there was no reply, I booked another appointment myself to follow up. During this appointment, I discovered that the issue had already been renewed on my account due to the delay in her response. Unfortunately, I did not receive any apology. Instead, she blamed me for not following up sooner, despite the fact that she never replied to my original email. She explained that she receives many emails every day, which is why she didn’t respond. After reading other reviews here, it seems I’m not the only person who has had a poor experience.

Avoid this bank at any cost!!! I talked to 3 agents to solve the problem of my credit card. None of them!!! solved the problem correctly. Even none of the 3 agents gave me the correct information. Trust me, the best thing this bank could do is close.

The branch staff couldn’t help solve a simple request for online banking log in. Quote from him “Our app is often problematic.” Pathetic. Unprofessional. Unhelpful.

This is legitimately insane. Aissata was late over 15 minutes to our appointment (another staff member had to text her to show up i think). Barely spoke any english at all and didnt even try to communicate with us just assumed what we want and started making an account without even talking to us first! Somehow I knew more about bmo and other banks and offers than her even though I have 0 experience! She didn’t even try to explain anything since she didn’t know english or just didn’t care and just went to her pc to open an account when i was clearly asking about credit card master card and other options, i legit had to ask for the guid she had on her desk to look for what I wanted and she dismissed that. My french is not that good but I am pretty sure she cursed at us assuming we don’t know french when I asked my documents back and didn’t open an account. I would give 0 but thats not an option, i will be contacting bmo about this as well because this was unacceptable in all levels.
