Avoid this place at all costs. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I got a Porter Master Card and have had nonstop problems. I’ve called many times for help, but no one seems to understand how the card works. Every time I ask for a supervisor, they either hang up or say they’ll call back—and never do. I even tried their so-called escalation process, but it was just as bad. I waited on hold for over an hour and still didn’t get my issue resolved. Truly terrible service.

They financial advisors always leave, when I need urgent help there is no one to help , the branch never responds to the phone and the waiting line at the branch is always impossible. I have to waste 3h of my day to solve a small pr Pem that would take an email

It’s incredibly frustrating as a business and personal banking customer of this branch to rush to the bank only to find out they closed a few minutes earlier than official opening hours. Forcing me to make a transfer to my TD account and use their services across the street is a great way to encourage me to bank there instead.
