BMO Bank of Montreal 2705 Gordon Road Albert Park

I would like to share my experience regarding my interaction with BMO employee Viktoriya Kutsenko. I contacted her to request information about my account. Unfortunately, she repeatedly refused to provide the information, stating that it would only be available in April. After that, my request was simply ignored, even though I had previously opened my savings account with her. As a result, I had to visit another BMO branch located at 1800 Scarth St, Regina, SK. There, another employee was able to provide me with the requested information within just 10 minutes. Experiences like this make it difficult to maintain a positive impression of the bank when a customer feels that their request is being ignored and their time is not respected.

Wish I could put a zero for the service we have had for our father's estate. The rep we got is very disappointing and also we feel does not know what she is doing. Had an appointment with her for a Thursday at 3 pm and when I got there she shook us off , said she was to busy to see me even when I had an appointment. Very disrespectful. I'm making a complaint to the manager and also head office in this regard.

What a terrible customer service. I deposited a certified bank draft and they put a hold for 23 days stating it was to make sure it’s not a fraud and kept throwing me from one department to another to the southland branch (multiple times) without giving me any further information. Avoid banking with BMO at all costs.

This has to be the worst bank in Regina. I'm standing in line as I type this and there are 12 people in line and 1 teller working while the other older lady is hanging out with the customers talking. I'll be closing out my accounts tomorrow as I've never witnessed a lack of customer service this bad in my life.

The worst bank, branch (Gordon road Regina Sk) and company all the while asking you to call if there's a problem! The manager doesn't know her job, is verbally abusive at times and NEVER answers her phone. She in fact had it set to shut off of right after she speaks and that is if you can understand her mumbled message. Line ups to see staff are ridiculous at best 30 min wait, 🙄 with many sitting in offices doing nothing for extended periods. Appts are met with incompetent employees. All around, the worst. No one ever responds to messages and to the ridiculous "bank owner" posting responses here, just stop. Even that's a joke.
